Free during beta

Your Nintendo Switch collection, in a spreadsheet you actually own.

Guided add-game backed by a community cart-code/revision database, seal-type and condition tracking, a surplus and resale workflow, and reseller profit analytics — all living in a Google Sheet in your own Drive. No lock-in: it stays a real, exportable spreadsheet the whole time.

No credit card. No app to install for the core product. Web app companion rolling out gradually to beta collectors.

The differentiator

Your data is yours

The whole product is built around one refusal: nobody, including us, reads or writes your sheet unless you explicitly share it. Here is exactly what the bound script that runs inside your copy asks Google for — all four scopes, no more.

Granted, not assumed
ScopeWhat it's forWhat it can't do
spreadsheets.currentonlyRead and write the one sheet you made a copy into — CATALOG, COPIES, PIPELINE, and the rest of the tabs.Cannot see or touch any other file in your Drive.
script.external_requestOne outbound fetch a day, pulling new-release data from the product's shared versions sheet into your VERSIONS tab.Never sends your collection anywhere — outbound only pulls public reference data in.
script.scriptappRuns that daily sync automatically, so you don't have to click a button every morning.Cannot run or install anything outside this one bound script.
script.container.uiShows the guided "Add game…" and "Import data…" windows inside the sheet itself.Cannot open windows or menus outside the sheet.

No Drive scope. Ever. The product literally cannot browse, list, or open any file in your Drive beyond the one sheet you shared — and you can revoke access at any time from your Google Account's permissions page. The sheet stays a fully normal Google Sheet throughout: filter it, pivot it, export it to CSV, with or without any of this tooling.

What's inside

Built for people who actually track their collection

Not a generic "add a game, see a list" tracker — the fields exist because collectors and resellers asked for them.

  • Identify

    Guided add-game

Matched against a community cartridge/revision database — so "the game" resolves down to the actual cart code and print run, not just a title.

  • Grade

    Seal, completeness, condition

Seal-type granularity built for the PAL/sealed-collecting niche, completeness fields, and a condition score — not a single vague "mint/used" toggle.

  • Decide

    Duplicates & surplus workflow

A dedicated view for the copies you don't need one of — decide keep, sell, or trade, without them cluttering your main collection view.

  • Sell

    Reseller analytics

Invested total, realized profit, market-price refresh, and price alerts for anything marked for sale — the numbers a flipper actually checks.

  • Scan

    Photo-based stock-take

Snap a shelf; OCR reads the spines first. AI vision is a gated fallback for the cases OCR can't resolve, never the default path.

  • Companion

    Web app companion

A mobile add-game flow, a dashboard, and 3D box art — rolling out gradually to beta collectors alongside the core sheet.

Getting started

How it works

  1. Make your copy

Copy the template sheet into your own Google Drive. Nothing to install, nothing to configure before you can open it.

  2. Add your games

Use the guided add-game flow, matched against the community cart-code/revision database, or import an existing list you already track elsewhere.

  3. Track, decide, sell

Seal type, completeness, and condition live on every copy; the surplus view and reseller analytics pick up from there when you're ready to sell.

Who it's for

Three players, one sheet

Player, collector, reseller — one user is often two or all three at once. The same sheet serves whichever mix you are.

🎮 Player

Know what you've played

  • A play-status ladder on every game: backlog, playing, beaten, completed, dropped
  • Press and user review scores next to your own personal rating
  • Your library as data: filter the backlog by score and mood
More for players

📦 Collector

Keep the shelf straight

  • Cart-code and revision identity, not just a title match
  • Seal-type granularity for sealed and PAL collecting
  • Condition scoring and completeness on every copy
  • Limited-run and opportunity alerts on the roadmap
More for collectors

💰 Reseller

Know what you're sitting on

  • Invested total, realized profit, and margins, tracked automatically
  • Market-price refresh and price alerts per copy
  • A surplus/duplicates view built for sell decisions
  • Second-hand platform price comparison on the roadmap
More for resellers

mix all three

Honest answers

Frequently asked

Is it free?

Yes, free during the beta. The web app and hosted service are rolling out gradually to beta collectors — join the beta to get access as it opens up.

Where does my data live?

In a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive, made from a "Make a copy" of the product's template. The product never requests Drive access and can't see any file other than that one sheet — see "Your data is yours" above for the exact scopes.

What platforms does it support?

Nintendo Switch today. Multi-platform support is on the roadmap, but the current schema and cart-code database are Switch-scoped — we'd rather say that plainly than imply coverage that doesn't exist yet.

Can I export my collection or leave anytime?

Yes. It's a normal Google Sheet the entire time — filter it, build pivot tables on it, export it to CSV or Excel, with or without any of the product's tooling layered on top. Nothing about your data is locked into a proprietary format.

Do I need to install anything?

No app to install for the core product — a script bound to your sheet copy handles the guided add-game flow, daily sync, and imports. A companion web app (mobile add flow, dashboard, 3D box art) is rolling out gradually alongside it.
